Of course we can’t ignore the differences, as a woman, I believe I am more instinctive when it comes to making decisions. It’s the same when I'm designing a room, if lay out the fabrics and something doesn't look right, I immediately feel it in my gut, it just jars. In business I get that same feeling and my instincts are often right, it is always my barometer. It also depends on the situation you are facing in business for example if you are selling something you have to be fairly assertive - but as a woman you can have an equilibrium between being hard and soft.
