More than 75 percent of the Toppenish population is Latino, and teen pregnancy rates there hover above those nationwide. Around 44 percent of Latina teens will get pregnant before age 20, compared with 30 percent of teens overall, according to the National Campaign to Prevent Teen and Unplanned Pregnancy.
